Pligg uniquely combines collaborative bookmarking, social networking, folksonomy [2] and blogging. Pligg was created on December 17, 2005.Pligg software is published under the Affero General Public License (AGPL), a modified version of the GNU General Public License (GPL).

System requirements :
• Php version 4.3.0 or higher.
• MySQL version 4 or higher.
